Varicose Veins? We'll Get You Back Into Circulation
Many people think that varicose veins are inevitable; but there are
many ways to prevent, or mitigate, them. For starters, as they're caused by poor circulation, exercise is crucial, even if it's just brisk walking. You should also avoid standing or
sitting for long periods, elevate your legs for at least 30 minutes each day,
and refrain from crossing them, as that inhibits blood flow. Wearing
graduated compression hose (tightest at the ankle, and loosening
gradually upward) also helps blood flow. However, if you do get sidelined by
varicose veins, just call us, and we’ll have you back in circulation in no time!
